2. Scope of application
These Conditions govern the distance selling of cosmetic products to consumers (B2C) resident in the European Union.
The Customer declares to act as a consumer pursuant to EU legislation.
3. Nature of the Products
The products sold are cosmetics pursuant to Regulation (EC) 1223/2009.
They are not medicines.
They have no therapeutic purpose.
They do not replace medical treatments.
3.1 Cosmetic claims
The claims are formulated in compliance with Regulation (EU) 655/2013 (truthfulness, evidence, honesty, correctness).
Any results are subjective and may vary based on skin type, usage and individual conditions.
4. Pre-contractual information
Before completing the order, the Customer has full access to the following information:
- essential characteristics of the product
- total price including taxes
- shipping costs
- payment methods
- delivery times
- right of withdrawal
The contract is considered concluded with the sending of the order confirmation via email.
5. Prices and EU taxation
Prices are expressed in Euros.
For intra-EU sales:
- VAT applied according to the OSS (One Stop Shop) regime where applicable
- any local duties to be paid by the customer if required by the legislation of the country of destination
The seller may change prices at any time; the price at the time of the order remains valid.
6. Payments
Accepted methods:
- Credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- Other systems indicated on the site
7. Shipments and transfer of risk
Delivery to EU countries listed on the website.
Approximate delivery times: 2 to 6 working days from receipt of order confirmation.
The risk passes to the consumer upon delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without having to provide a reason.
8.1 Exclusions
Withdrawal is excluded for:
- open products
- sealed products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity
Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/771.
The consumer has the right to the conformity of the goods for 2 years from delivery.
In case of defect:
- repair
- replacement
- price reduction
- termination of the contract

10. Product safety and allergies
The list of ingredients (INCI) is available in the product description sheet.
The Customer is responsible for checking for any known allergies.
In case of adverse reactions, immediate discontinuation and medical advice are recommended.
11. Responsibility
The seller is not responsible for:
- improper use
- incorrect storage
- unpredictable individual reactions
- site interruptions due to technical reasons or force majeure

12. User-generated content
Any reviews posted must be genuine and not misleading.
The seller reserves the right to remove offensive or illegal content.
13. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, images, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
14. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
